Generals
- 1. How can I contribute a paper to the program?

A professional committee is organizing the content of the International Congress of University Libraries. If you would like to present a paper, all documents must be submitted directly to one of the member of this committee. For more information, please see Papers
- 2. Is the Congress Program available before the Congress?

The Complete Program will be available on this website. Papers and translations are continuously being added as we receive them, so check back regularly.
Registration
- 3. Library Visits are included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes: material work, transportation from hotels to the place of the Congress, Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, also the visit to some public libraries and / or university in the region, according to availability this time.
- 4. Can I make changes or cancel my registration?

Any change or cancellation of registration must be done until a week before the Congress. Any subsequent changes cannot give money back, this criterion are excluded from the reasons of force majeure, in which case they must be properly credited.

The badges will be issued automatically and will be available for printing, upon payment of registration via the payment gateway of Congress. If you cancel in situ, will be awarded the applicants at the time of accreditation.
